If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just return the item unused, in its original condition and packaging, postmarked within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping. Please E-mail us immediately if there is a problem with your order and we will do our best to make it right. In most cases (except for defective or damaged merchandise) you need not contact us at all, just follow the instruction and fill out our simple Return Form provided with the items when shipped. Returns will be processed as quickly as possible in the order they are received. IronGrizzly is not responsible for the loss or damage of merchandise during shipping. If you have a claim of damaged merchandise, it must be made with the carrier immediately. LeatherBy its very nature, Leather has imperfections such as scars, blemishes and or brands. We will do our best to make sure that these imperfections are avoided or used in a way that would not detract from the finished product. Custom ProductsAll custom made leather products are built based on the specifications provide by you at the time of purchase. Please double check your order to make sure it is correct. If the product meets the specifications provided by you at the time of purchase and the product is not defective in workmanship or materials, then we cannot accept it for return. We also understand that mistakes can be made and we would be willing to work something out with you to make sure you end up with a product that you want. |
